  • Physical products: refundable within 30 days of delivery if unused and in like-new condition
  • Digital products: non-refundable
  • Damaged items on delivery are covered under Shipping Policy

Return Process

  2. Customer pays return shipping
  3. Return items in original packaging if possible

Refunds

  • Processed after receipt and inspection
  • Standard processing: 5–10 business days
  • No partial refunds; items are fully refunded or not at all
