- Physical products: refundable within 30 days of delivery if unused and in like-new condition
- Digital products: non-refundable
- Damaged items on delivery are covered under Shipping Policy

- Customer pays return shipping
- Return items in original packaging if possible
Refunds
- Processed after receipt and inspection
- Standard processing: 5–10 business days
- No partial refunds; items are fully refunded or not at all
